Elisee entered the ministry in 2001 in Ivory Coast. He married Sarah in 2002. They both left their country in February 2003 and moved to South Africa
to commence with Bible Studies at Christ for the Nation, Jeffreys Bay SA, under the leadership of Pastor Danie Nell.
Both graduated with Leadership Certificates after which they went to a prophetic school in Pretoria, under the leadership of the prophetess Anita G.
After their studies, the Lord called them to Bloemfontein where they started Divine Restoration Ministries. They have a four year old son Ephraim and
baby boy, David born in November 2009.
